The competition's field will be in the MTC's football playground and some sandy terrain with artificial slopes and obstacles.
- Standard computer's keyboard and a USB memory stick that can be handled by most grippers will be used.
- The USB slot can be horizontal or vertical.
- The dummy will be fixed to the wagon all the time and the wagon's wheels will be the only part that have a contact with the ground.
- There will be a joystick connected through a simple circuit to a digital gauge. When moving the joystick to right or left, the gauge's value will be changed. In this task, each team will be asked to use the joystick to change the gauge's value to a certain number.
- The red boxes will be in the first stage only and will be placed in a vertical direction on the ground.
- In the second stage, there will some waypoints (about 4-5 waypoints) that create a predefined path on the ground like a rectangle shape, you will be given these waypoints in polar coordinate format as illustrated in figure 3, and the robot should go through these waypoints in order without using the onboard GPS sensor. The gate will be created from two posts with about 1.5 meters’ height and 2-3 meters’ separation distance.
The wagon's size will be around 200x150x70 cm (long*width*height).
There will be three numbers printed on an A4 paper, which will be hung on the black box.
The metal object will be in a circular shape with a diameter of less than 15cm.
